Who we are

This site is operated by Rentiful for Related Argent, who own and let the homes at The Maple. When you make an enquiry or request a viewing here, Rentiful receives your details and passes them to the letting team at The Maple.

What we hold, and where

Only what you type into the form, which is:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you give one
• Anything you tell us about what you are looking for
• Which apartment you enquired about

Being specific about where it ends up, because "we just send you an email" would not be the whole truth. Your enquiry is stored in our systems as a record of the message we sent you, together with a copy kept for our own audit, a note of whether the email reached you and a contact record holding your email address and the name you gave. It also sits in the mailbox of the Rentiful team who pick your enquiry up.

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone beyond Rentiful and the letting team at The Maple.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, arrange a viewing and help you through renting a home. That is the only reason. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

Lisa is an AI

Lisa is Rentiful's AI representative, not a person. She may read your enquiry and write to you. We say so plainly because you should always know whether you are talking to a person or to software. A human at Rentiful or at The Maple can pick up the conversation at any point, and you can ask for one whenever you like.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are helping you find a home, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or object to how we use it. Email privacy@rentiful.ai and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Related Argent

Related Argent handle your details under their own policy once the letting team picks up your enquiry. It is published at relatedargent.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy.
