This site is operated by Rentiful for Related Argent, who own and let the homes at The Maple. Use it to browse homes and ask about a viewing. Nothing on it is a contract.

Prices and availability

We show what we hold at the time you look, taken from The Maple's own published availability. Homes let quickly, so a price or a home shown here may already be gone. Nothing here is an offer, and everything is subject to availability, referencing and a signed tenancy agreement.

Photographs and floor plans

Imagery is indicative and for marketing purposes. Actual layouts or finishes may vary. Where we do not hold a photograph of your specific home type, we show photography of the development instead.

Who you end up contracting with

Your tenancy would be with Related Argent, not with Rentiful. We help you find a home and arrange a viewing. Their terms govern the letting itself.

Lisa is an AI

Lisa is Rentiful's AI representative, not a person, and she may write to you about your enquiry. We say so plainly because you should always know whether you are talking to a person or to software. Ask for a human at any point and you will get one.
